Print Packets & Other Sheets
The 🖨 Print button: the weekly packet and the final sheet, as a print view or a PDF, plus the sub list, the dues sheet and the call sheet.
The Print button#
Open full size ↗Every league has one 🖨 Print button at the top. It holds everything the league prints.
- 1Tap 🖨 Print.
- 2Under League packet, pick the week — or — Final Sheet — at the end of the season.
- 3Download PDF for a file, or Open Print View for a page to print from the browser.
Good to know
A week's packet is the one handed out on that week: standings and stats through the week before, and that week highlighted on the schedule. That is why the button starts on the next week to be played.
Tip
The PDF and the print view are the same packet laid out the same way. Use whichever your printer is happier with.
What is in the packet#
- Overview page — roster with averages, standings, statistics of interest, the schedule, and the money so far.
- Team pages — one per team, the captain first and marked with an asterisk, then the rest by average.
- Sub listing — every sub with their stats. No phone numbers; this one goes on the bar.
Standings mark the top four places with a numbered disc — gold, silver, bronze, then grey. Places go by record, so two teams level share a place.
The final sheet#
— Final Sheet — is the end-of-season summary: final standings, every shooter's final average, the season's statistics of interest, and the money week by week. It opens as a print view only — there is no PDF of it.
Other sheets#
Open full size ↗Under Other sheets in the same box:
| Sheet | What it is | Who gets it |
|---|---|---|
| 📞 Sub list | Every sub with their phone number, average and how many nights they have filled in, with room for notes. The sheet to ring round when somebody can't make it. | The venue's admins |
| 💵 Dues sheet | A blank grid — every shooter down the side, every week across — to tick off dues, with the expected total. | Admins |
Tip
The call sheet for signing up next season is on the Leagues page, beside + New League, since it comes before the league exists.
Reading the two average columns#
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Team Avg. | A whole number: what the shooter is handicapped on. Team averages add these up, which is why each is rounded first. |
| Average | Two decimals: the exact running average — or, before anyone has played, the average they start on. |
The asterisk is explained by a * team captain note on the page. The captain is whoever is picked on the Teams tab, or the highest starting average on the team if nobody is.
Printing from the print view#
- Print from the browser: Ctrl+P on a laptop, or the browser menu's Print on a tablet.
- Set it to Landscape.
- The app's menu bar is left off the page automatically.
